A Message from Principal Rickbeil
In this week’s video, Mr. Rickbeil talks about report cards, which will be sent home with students on Monday and available on Educate on Tuesday. This year, we will be printing paper copies of the report cards and there are some formatting changes that will adjust the look of 3rd-8th grade report cards. Have a wonderful weekend!
Enrollment for 2025-2026
Thank you for entrusting your children to us and being an important member of the St. Joseph’s School community. Enrollment has begun for the 2025-2026 school year. Current school students currently in grades K - 7 will be automatically re-enrolled with the required annual family registration fee applied to family TADS accounts in February. Registration for preschool, kindergarten and transfer students will open very soon.
For additional information and/or questions about enrollment for next school year, or if you are uncertain of your enrollment plans for 2025-2026 and you would like to delay re-enrollment, please contact Lisa Wrobel liwrobel@stjosephwsp.org by January 6th, 2025.
Report Cards - December 9
This year students will bring home a hard copy of their report card home on Monday, December 9. Along with their report card will be a signature page for parents to sign. Once you have reviewed your child’s report card, please return the signature page to school in the envelope that was provided.
St. Joe’s Swim Team Registration Now Open
St. Joseph's School Swim Team Sign-Ups are now open for students in grades K-8. Please fill out the information below. Athletic fees will be charged to TADS in January. The cost for Swim Team $125 per swimmer. No Payment is due at this time and athletic fees are non-refundable.

Prek-3 Christmas Concert - Thursday, December 12th at 6:30pm
Please join us on Thursday, December 12th at 6:30pm for a wonderful Christmas Concert performed by our Preschool - 3rd grade students. Students should arrive at 6:10pm to meet their teacher in the great room. Students should come dressed in their dressy Christmas attire.
K-3 Senior Citizen Christmas Concert - December 13 - Cookies Needed
K-3 Senior Citizen Christmas Concert is scheduled for Friday December 13th. The concert is another wonderful tradition at our school allowing our students to share the gift of music with the guests attending. Our committee is coordinating a cookie donation for this event. Middle School Student Holiday Dance Invite from Holy Spirit
Ready, set, GLOW! Holy Spirit Catholic School invites St. Joe's students in grades 6-8 to its Middle School Dance on Friday, December 13!
Who: Middle schoolers from Holy Spirit and its neighboring Catholic schools
What: Middle School Dance (DJ, games, cash concessions)
Where: Holy Spirit Catholic School, 515 Albert St. S, St. Paul 55105
When: Friday 12/13, Doors open 6:45, Dance 7:00-9:00 pm
Why: To enjoy an evening of dancing, games, and glow-in-the-dark fun!

Middle School Musical - Cinderella!
We are very pleased to announce that we will be having our middle school musical again this year. The dates for the musical performance will be April 10th & 11th. Middle School Youth Group
Calling all 6th – 8th graders! St. Joseph Middle School Youth Group meets twice a month for ALIVE Nights – at time for games, fellowship, formation, and prayer. SIPPING WITH THE SAINTS
