A Message from Principal Rickbeil
In this week’s video, Mr. Rickbeil previews our upcoming Give Day. This year, our Give Day efforts are directed to helping our school grow. Please see the details below on how you can participate to make our Give Day our most successful one yet!
St. Joseph’s School Give Day - Tuesday - November 19!
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, Nov. 19 and get ready to give BIG on St. Joe's Give Day! Our annual 24 hours of giving is just 10 days away and we need your help to reach our goal of $60,000. This year's giving focus is on supporting our growing school community. With each new school year, additional staff and resources are needed to accommodate our oldest grade with three sections (this year's 4th graders!) and to help pave the way for all the grades below them. Please watch for more information next week about our Alumni and Student Challenges as well as matching donation opportunities.
Interested in providing a matching donation? Please contact the school office for more information. Don't want to wait for Give Day? You can donate any time by visiting the school website at stjosephwsp.org/give. Thank you for your support!
Food Drive - November 18-22
St. Joseph’s Middle School House Council is sponsoring a canned goods / non perishable food collection to support the work of Neighbors, Inc. Our collection will be Monday, November 18 - Friday, November 22. Please consider helping people in need of food in our area by donating food items during the collection. Thank you for your generosity. Middle School students will be out collecting during morning drop off.
MNSAA Accreditation Visit
This week was our MNSAA Accreditation Team on-site visit. MNSAA (Minnesota Non-public School Accrediting Association). We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and time that they spent at our school. We would like to thank all of our faculty and staff along with the many parents that participated in the process.
Every seven years schools are required to complete an extensive self-evaluation process based on the standards of MNSAA. St. Joseph’s School’s administration and faculty have been preparing for several months for this visit. We are grateful for the MNSAA team for their time and dedication to education. Once the process is complete we will share the information with our school families.

School Mass Sunday - November 24th at 9am - Updated Time!
Please join us this Sunday, November 24 for School Mass Sunday. Please click here for the updated flier. We have heard from many families that 9am is a better time, so we have made that change. We invite students to wear their school uniforms and find Father Luke or Mr. Rickbeil for a ticket for a spirit wear pass (requires 2 tickets- 1 per mass) or a piece of candy. Donuts will be served in the great room following Mass. We are looking for students to read the readings, a family to bring up the gifts, and families to help us with hospitality after Mass. If this week is filled, there are weeks through the rest of the school year. If you would like to sign up to help with this Sunday or any future school Mass Sundays, please sign up at this Sign Up Genius.
