Catholic Schools Week and Carnival - PreOrder Tickets Now Open Online!
Please save the date for Catholic Schools Week beginning Sunday, January 28th - February 2nd. Please view our Theme Days for Catholic Schools Week! Our annual school Carnival will be held on Friday, February 2nd 12pm-2:45pm. We are in need of donations and volunteers to make Carnival great! Preschool - 1st grade students are required to be accompanied by an adult for the Carnival. Parents are asked to arrive at 11:50am to pick up their Prek - 1st grade students. Permission slips went home with these students last week and are to be returned by Monday, January 29th.
After School Basketball Games! Please come and cheer on our St. Joe’s Basketball Teams! Concessions will be available.
K- 5 Students must be supervised by an adult at all games.

Middle School Pancake Breakfast - Sunday, January 28
Please join us for our Catholic Schools Week Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, January 28 following all of our Sunday Masses in the Msgr. Foran Great Room.
Spelling Bee - Grades 4-8
This past Monday, we hosted our annual school spelling bee. Congratulations to all of our participants. Congratulations to our spelling bee winners; 1st place - Henry Lauth grade 5, 2nd place - Will Dwyer 5th grade and 3rd place - Mia Gentz 6th grade. Great job!
Science Fair - Middle School
Congratulations to all of our middle school science fair participants. It was exciting to see all of the great work that our middle school students presented today. Thank you Ms. Carlson for leading this great event for our students. Thank you to our judges for joining us. There were many awards given to students in a variety of areas - Congratulations to all of you! Congratulations to our overall winners; 1st place - Mia Gentz 6th grade, 2nd place Carly Brekke 8th grade, 3rd place Maddie Lahr 7th grade.
All School Raffle - Update
We will be announcing our student and grade level winners on Monday! Thank you for your participation. We are still calculating! Please note that our winning tickets will be pulled on Friday, February 2.

Parent Teacher Conferences for Prek - 8 Held on February 15
Parent teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, February 15 from 10am-6pm. There is no school on this day. These conferences are by appointment only. Teachers and parents are encouraged to request conferences to discuss any updates or concerns. Please watch for an email from your child’s teacher or a sign up genius from the school office early next week.
SHINE ON Visual Arts Competition
Catholic Schools Center of Excellence (CSCOE) is hosting their annual SHINE ON Competition for Catholic School students, and they are currently accepting applications for their visual arts contest. Please click here to learn more about how your child can participate by submitting their artwork for the contest. Applications will be accepted through February 5th.
Enrollment for 2024-2025 and Important Financial Aid / Scholarship Deadlines
Financial Aid and Aim Higher Scholarship deadline is February 23, 2024. Please note that you are required to apply each year for both financial aid and the Aim Higher Scholarship. Please do not miss these deadlines. The Scholarships Section of the Aim Higher Foundation website also provides resources for you, including deadlines, links to TADS, flyers in Spanish and English, an extensive FAQ list, and more.
Gala Save the Date and Volunteer Sign Up

The St. Joseph’s School Yearbook Preorder is now open. Yearbooks are pre- ordered online and will be arriving and distributed to students the last week of school.
