Saint Joseph School Families,
I hope that your families had a wonderful beginning of the summer and 4th of July celebration! Here on campus, we have been hard at work wrapping up the 2024-25 school year and preparing for our 2025-26 school year. On that note, attached to this email is a copy of our school stakeholder report for the 2024-25 school year. This report serves as a helpful guide for all of our work in the past year and lists our goals for the coming years.
Also attached to this email is a one-page copy of our school calendar for the 2025-26 school year. While it is not comprehensive of everything we do, these are helpful dates to remember and reserve on your family calendars for the coming school year. Additionally, these dates will be added to the calendar on our website in the near future. As you review the calendar, note that all days shaded in red are days where there is no school for students. As was previously mentioned, we have an earlier Spring Break (March 14-22) and an extended Easter Break (April 3-12) because our teachers will be attending the NCEA Conference in Minneapolis from April 7-9.
Completing this report and publishing these events gets everyone here excited about the coming school year. We look forward to seeing you back in school this August.
God bless,
Kyle Rickbeil

Would you like to Volunteer at School? Parent Volunteers - Virtus Requirement Prior to Volunteering - We are very excited to welcome our parents into the building to volunteer. We have many opportunities throughout the year where we will invite parents and grandparents in to share their time and talents with us. All Catholic Schools in MN require that all employees, and volunteers who interact with minors, are required to complete and maintain safe environment credentials through the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. The program through the Arch is called Virtus.
If you are a new volunteer and have never completed your Virtus Training, please click here and follow the instructions. If you are an existing volunteer and need to update your account (updates are required every 3 years), please click here for instructions.
Some existing accounts have been placed in an inactive mode if you have not volunteered recently. If that has happened and you are interested in becoming reactivated, or if you have any questions, please contact Lisa Wrobel liwrobel@stjosephwsp.org.
To ensure successful completion of the requirements, follow the information below before creating your VIRTUS account. If you have an existing VIRTUS account, contact Lisa Wrobel liwrobel@stjosephwsp.org for assistance so your account can be updated prior to login.
