Middle School Classroom Expectations

Before Class Begins:
*Enter classroom using "inside" voices.
*Acknowledge teacher: "Good Morning".
*Take assigned seat immediately upon entering.
*Take out all class materials needed for class.


 

During Class:
*Focus on speaker or face forward.
*Allow others to learn without distraction.
*Allow teachers to instruct without interruption/distraction.
*Maintain quiet during a transition.
*Maintain self-control should anything inappropriate occur.

End of Class:
*Write down upcoming assignment.
*Wait for teacher direction before packing up materials.
*Wait for teacher to dismiss you before leaving seat.
*Acknowledge teacher: "See you tomorrow, thank you, etc.".
