MacBook Sale coming on Tuesday
Beginning this fall, students in grade 3-8 will be using an iPad with an attachable keyboard instead of the MacBook Airs they are currently using, which better aligns with the ways we use computers in the classroom. Due to this change, our 2020 MacBook Air devices that our middle school students are currently using will be available for families to purchase beginning next week. Details of the sale include the following:
Please look for an email on Tuesday from Lori Bruce with information about this sale. Thank you for your support.
Congratulations to our 8th Graders!
Today was the last day of school for our 8th graders. At the end of the day we had our entire school line all of the hallways on all of our floors to honor our 8th graders and clapped them out! We look forward to 8th grade Graduation next Tuesday, May 28th at 6:30pm in the Church.
Last Day of School - Friday, May 31st- Early Dismissal 12pm
Our last day of school for the school year is Friday, May 31st. School is dismissed for all students at 12:00pm. School lunch will not be served on this day. Please plan to pick up your child at 12:00pm in the back parking lot. If your child previously was dismissed out the front due to preschool pick up, please plan to pick your child up out front. There will be no district busing after school so parent transportation is required. There will however be busing to school on that day. The back parking lot will be very busy so please be extra careful. Thank you!
Fitness Fun Day - Thursday, May 30
We will have our annual Fitness Fun Day on Thursday, May 30th. This will be a spirit wear day for students and a picnic lunch will be served. New and exciting this year is that we are bringing in Ninja Anywhere, a Ninja course for students of all ages and abilities to explore and challenge themselves on the course.
We are still looking for volunteers to help prep and serve lunch! Please click here to sign up.
I have included a link to the Ninja Anywhere website so you can watch an awesome highlight video of their activities. Please take a couple minutes to watch it and then scroll down to complete the waiver. A waiver is REQUIRED to participate.
It is REQUIRED that ALL students complete a waiver to participate on the Ninja course. You should fill out only 1 form per household. If you have more than 1 student, please be sure to list everyone on 1 form.
