A Message from Principal Rickbeil
I am very excited to be traveling to Duluth today with Mrs. Bruce and our 8th grade students. Going to Duluth has been a long standing 8th grade class tradition here at St. Joe’s. This trip gives our 8th graders the opportunity to explore the north shore and all of its beauty and history along with bonding and celebrating their many years together at St. Joseph’s School together. I am grateful that I am able to be a part of this special day with our 8th graders.
We have several things happening here at school as we move to the final weeks of school. The end of a school year is always filled with fun activities but it is also important to remind our students that we haven’t finished just yet. We need to finish this school year strong! Thank you for your help and support getting us to the last day of school.
Fitness Fun Day - Thursday, May 30
We will have our annual Fitness Fun Day on Thursday, May 30th. This will be a spirit wear day for students and a picnic lunch will be served. New and exciting this year is that we are bringing in Ninja Anywhere, a Ninja course for students of all ages and abilities to explore and challenge themselves on the course.
I have included a link to the Ninja Anywhere website so you can watch an awesome highlight video of their activities. Please take a couple minutes to watch it and then scroll down to complete the waiver. A waiver is REQUIRED to participate.
It is REQUIRED that ALL students complete a waiver to participate on the Ninja course. You should fill out only 1 form per household. If you have more than 1 student, please be sure to list everyone on 1 form.

Last Day of School - May 31st
Our last day of school for the school year is Friday, May 31st. School is dismissed for all students at 12:00pm. School lunch will not be served on this day. Please plan to pick up your child at 12:00pm in the back parking lot. If your child previously was dismissed out the front due to preschool pick up, please plan to pick your child up out front. There will be no district busing after school so parent transportation is required. There will however be busing to school on that day. The back parking lot will be very busy so please be extra careful. Thank you!

Please take a moment to get that completed so that we are able to move forward with our planning for your child(ren) for the 2024-2025 school year. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you to educate your child(ren).
