Applying to St. Joseph's School (Preschool - 8th Grade) is a 3 step process:
Step 1: Apply
Follow the above-listed links to TADS to fill-out your application and pay your family registration fee. You will be notified of your acceptance via email in a timely manner.*
*In some instances, we may require additional meetings and/or paperwork (school transcripts, records, etc.) prior to acceptance.
Preschool Families: You will only apply for your designated preschool class (3s, 4s, or 4/5s) during the application process. Upon acceptance to our preschool program, you will then have the opportunity to sign-up for lunch bunch.
K-8 Families - Financial Aid: If you wish to apply for Financial Aid, you should begin that process now. Applications are due no later than February 22nd. Click here for more information regarding Financial Assistance.
Step 2: Complete Application Paperwork
Preschool Families: If your child has been enrolled at a preschool or daycare previously, send their teacher the Teacher Referral Form (Preschool). The teacher will need to submit it directly to our office by email. If your child is not currently enrolled in a school or daycare, please let our office know.
K-5th Grade Families: Send the Teacher Referral Form (K-5th) to your child's teacher. The teacher will need to submit it directly to our office via email. If your child is not currently enrolled in a school, please let our office know.
Middle School Families: Send the Math Teacher Referral Form and the Language Arts Teacher Referral Form to your child's Math and Language Arts teachers (there's a separate form for each teacher). The teacher will need to submit it directly to our office via email.
All Transfer Families: We will need records from your previous school, including report cards and test scores. We're happy to request that for you, as long as you give us permission.
You will be notified of your acceptance via email in a timely manner.
Step 3: Complete the Enrollment Forms
After receiving electronic confirmation of your acceptance, you will receive an email from TADS prompting you to go back into your TADS account to complete the enrollment section for each student.
Step 4: Complete the Tuition Agreement
Tuition agreements will be prepared and available for completion in your TADS account. Families will receive email notification when their agreement is ready to complete. Tuition agreements must be completed and signed before a child can begin school at St. Joseph's.
